Notes:Wow! This one was a little surprising, I ran very well for the 17 MPH western wind (23 degrees wind chill). The wind was basically straight out of the west so that was a little rough. I decided to keep the run going north/south as much as I could to keep out of direct wind. I was probably well into the 6's for the first 10-12 miles but the last 3-5 were slower (7 min and slowing to 7.30's in the end), thus slowing my pace by a little. It will be interesting to see how I recover from this one, I hope to keep on my training for the 3 miler.
