This was surprisingly a good run, I think with the thoughts behind running the Turkey trot I am getting a little more focused! :) The morning started off with light rain and during the tempo run it became heavy at moments. I got decent splits on mile 1, 2, 3 but 4 wasn't good
1 - 5.50
2 - 5.57
3 - 6.00
4 - 5.50
I am not 100% sure on #4 but I am convienced I was sub 6's for the workout. I think from here I can move into a workout of mile repeates and then later next week do the hill by Pioneer.
