Welcome Victoria! There are too many features to describe each of them in detail! If you state exactly what you would like to do I'm sure there will be lots of helpful replies. Just to name some important features: You can keep an activity log, and, if you use Garmin, you can set it to upload automatically. You can create maps of your running routes. You can make various activity graphs. You can comment on posts in open forums. You can create a user profile with a picture and whatever information you care to share. You can join groups which share common interests. There are many other features as well.
