Old , Ugly and slow
I ran 6 miles in the woods Sunday.
Monday i did a lot of physical work including weed eating on very steep hill in old shoes.
My little toe is hurting. it stared hurting the end of monday
It is not bruised or swollen.
The pain is not real bad.
I still have to work and walk on it.
Is it a mistake to try running on trails on it.

SMART Approach
Go for it if you feel it is not worsening. To make you feel better, tape your little toe to the next toe to act like a little splint.
