dont know, will find that out on the 6th when i go back to emory...he just said i could run but start back slow..so just happy hes letting me do that much

I did run, It was 60 degrees, kind of sprinkling. I tried to take it slow, got through a mile. It was rough...guess I lost a little of what I had before but I'll get it back eventually, just happy I'm able to do it again.
