Last week only 20 miles. Typical vacation week, even though I didn't go anywhere. Which doesn't bode well for next week (7/14), since I actually will be on vacation (a week on the FL gulf coast).

On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
