W8 - 149.9. Yes. Hanging in there even though I've had to cut back my running to every other day. The neuroma that put me on the shelf and sidelined the best running of my life (2 1/2, 3 years ago) is back. Supplementing with Nordic Trac machine. I bought an old Nordic Trac Sequoia off CL for $20. When/if this one wears out I'll pick up another, endless supply on CL. Beautful piece of furniture as opposed to the metal and plastic garbage they have now. By the time this is over I'll be able to XC ski with the Norwegians! Little old skool but so am I!

Sorry to hear Ken. Injuries can be brutal.
My wife is part of some facebook neighborhood group. We buy / sell on there occasionally too. Seems to work for us.
And we run because we like itThrough the broad bright land
Injuries and beer can harm ya.

Long dead ... But my stench lingers !
Feeling the growl again
I'm with you buddy. I lament the fact that a 40 mile week is an exceptional experience. Work gets busier…kids get busier…..
I'm waiting for Q4 to jump back in here fresh for the quarter. Sad to say when Finn started this tradition I was 153 trying to get down to 147, and now I'm upper 160s or low 170s depending when I want to own up to the measurement...
