I always find it confusing when you report on Friday . . . and then I realize what my weekends are like and think, yeah maybe a Friday report is best.
W2 - 181
My 186 on Sunday may have been inflated due to salt consumption . . . I certainly felt inflated; and angry. I'm pretty sure 181 is not dehydrated (pee check). And it's the second day at that weight.
I think my "I'm not fucking around this time" approach had a good short-term effect. Hope I can make it last. Still 9lbs to go.
