    W3 = 137.2, shame I couldn't be lighter for the marathon but hey ho.

        W3 - 133 I think.

        Adding in some weights, even though pants are starting to fit OK again, still have an inch or so to lose from around the midsection.

          WTF = 166.6

          kinda quit running and living for a while. but...

                  It could have been much worse. Too much good food and beer in the Garden State.

                    Still at 133,

                    Looks like I need to change one more variable if I am to lose any more weight, running more is the obvious answer, but plan to cut out a few carbs as well, substitute some rice/wheat with Fruits for a couple of weeks and see if I can manage running on low carbs.

                      W4  -  140.3

                      After several weeks of running poorly following a vaccine injection, I'm now not running at all due to a suddenly bad knee. So screw the weight, I'm going to keep eating even if I can't run. I'm hoping the knee problem goes away as quickly and mysteriously as it appeared.
