    Feeling the growl again

       

       My ideal fighting weight in college was about 153. 

       

      Wow, that's skinny.  I'm only 5' 10" and my ideal weight was/is 147.  I could get down to 145 but it was really hard to maintain, hard to recover at that, and easy to tip into over-training.  Estimated 5% BF at that, I got a lot of "go eat something" comments.

       

      The only goal race I ever managed to stay at 145 for was my 10K PR...and I was subsequently into over-training.

                Wow, it only took just shy of 2 years of trying but I finally got a reading under 150 again.  If I can repeat next week I'll consider the goal for the quarter accomplished.
