About 18 months ago I had the pleasure of getting my arse thoroughly kicked by this lady in a small trail marathon she decided to run on a whim and won - she bounced round the course while a friend of mine and I melted down and stumbled to the finish.  She is a Olympian from 2012 in the 5k & 10k so I took my kicking with pride.  She also produces some amazing videos on her website:
