                      Currently we are on week 6, but I never posted week 5.  So......

                      Not at it at all.

                        Old time RA'er since '07. I have not trained consistently since 2009.

                        Miles since--'10-350m, '11-115m, '12-180m. '13-390m, '14-21m, '15-8m, '16-4m

                        Since '12, I've been on blood-pressure and cholesterol meds.

                        First of this year I weighed 204 lbs.

                         

                        My drinking was #3-25oz of beer daily and binging on weekends.

                        Started tapering, and had my last drink April14th.

                         

                        I'm committed this time! i Landed here due to 'Hurtlocker' in title, and familiar names.
