I'm out for a week or so. Still have inflammation in the lat. Doesn't actually hurt to do the pushups but then it hurts afterwards.
W2-D1-C3 completed yesterday. Only my 2nd pushup workout this week but decided to skip the rest of W1 and start on W2. Max set was 20
