    I took 2 days off this week - One becasue I was lazy the other busy and poor planning.

    67.5 Miles

    4050 TM vertical

     

    This week I am hoping to steal saturday - Wife and girls go visit her family and I will run a really long run without guilt

    SW = 284

    CW = 264

    Week WL = 4#

    Total WL = 20#

              • Last week will end Sunday, April 2,
