        THough, I thought it was funny that I could only run 2miles from my hotel without entering pitch black.  Living in Chicago you get used to the light pollution, and its benefits.

        We moved to a small town in NH and I didn't realize that there were no streetlights until trying to find my car one evening when I had parked on a side street. I shuffled along, hitting the button on my key fob until I was close enough to I see lights. I could hear ducks quacking and I was sure that I was going to end up in a pond.

              W10 = 158.  Finally, I dropped a pound.  It's all downhill from here.

                        I had weighed 247 on Friday after my run (A bit low on Glycogen), then proceeded to fill my body with 1.5 liters of vodka and a six pack of beer along with whatever I could shove in my mouth.  By Monday morning weigh in my feet were fat and puffy from 1st being dehydrated and then retaining water.

                        So what do I do?  Finish off the rest of the vodka Monday night and not run.  Tuesday was a late night at work and no run.

                        Wednesday - I finally ran and even though it was only 2 days off running - I was a mess.  My kidneys hurt, I had to stop and pee every 3 miles and it felt like I had not run in months.

                        Now I know even at my best efforts I can only gain 1# per day.  So I fully expect to have a huge weight loss by the coming Monday from the 268.

                                I get the joy of running with a well fitting 60# weight full body suit every day ... I slowly adjust the weight down to add speed.
