POLL: How many times per week do you run? (Read 166 times)

5 pretty consistently.  I just set a new goal for myself.  I'd like to plan to run everyday and take days off as life hands them to me.  Tuesdays are typically a difficult day for me to find the time to fit in a run, but now that I'm unemployed that might change.

When healthy, 7 days, with an occasional rest day.  In the higher mileage part of a good training cycle, add 1-2 for short doubles

Robinde, those were the steps I followed to get to 7 days.  I think it works well.

Sad sorry about the unemployment part.

Slow and steady never wins anything.

A good week is five (with at least one bike ride). Lately, between work and coaching track, it's usually four and sometimes just three. Fortunately, track's winding down so I'll be getting back into my routine just in time for summer. Joy.
