Thanks for the welcome LRB and RMTB.
RMTB - Anna or Angela will work (just added that to my sig). The screen name comes from the fact that I live in Colorado Rocky Mountain area (rkymtn) plus a childhood nickname (anna). Makes total sense to me but you are not the first person to see it and say WTH.
You can call me Anna
Former Bad Ass
Husband cleared me to run, yipee!
Hey, Angela! Glad to see you around these parts!
Damaris
For your viewing pleasure. Well, not pleasure, but still. The left side will be purple by tomorrow.
Umm, Hog...is that a thinly veiled reference to hanky panky?
Umm, there might have been some of that too, lol. 10 done with 3 at HM pace plus 15 seconds.
5 pages and you are calling out the lurkers? Are you insane? :-)
Anyway, I ran. Come to the L&O dailies to see the details if you really, really, really, really, do not have enough after 5 pages. :-)
Damaris, that is rough. What did that idiot say?!
She stopped and mumbled something but I sent her off. I really didn't think it was this bad until after I took a step.
Sent her off as in: go ahead, keep going, I'm fine.
Supp Cris! Thanks for the welcome when I visited there. You are welcome here too!
@runjerseygirl
D, that looks painful! I hope it's feeling better soon.
Do you even run?
Just downloaded my Garmin data - 13.45 in 1:47:19 (average pace - 7:59) - quicker than I thought. That 10,000 mile mark is getting closer.
Thanks RMT3B! I needed that.
Damaris - hope your knee is OK!
I AM WEEZER.
Mmmmm...beer
Hey everyone!
Hope the knee is ok and heals quickly Damaris!
Broke my holiday streak yesterday, life got in the way and I didn't get my run in, no biggie tho. Still did 30 days straight, 235 miles, I'm pretty happy with that.
8 miles today @ 7:44/mile, felt unbelievably easy. Guess a day of rest after running 30 days straight was a good thing. lol
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Goals | sub-18 5k | sub-3 marathon 2:56:46!!
LRB good to see you back running. I took week off little while back to recover and then went 2 weeks of slooow miles. Was so tough to hold back speed and distance.
DR sorry about the bad experience in your race. Glad you don't seem too broken.
8 miler in today, I love the single digits for weather.
Thanks GP!
Dtothe2nd, your transformation is nothing short of miraculous!
Nice work David! That's marathon pace for me!
D, I cannot imagine how dejecting it feels to not only fall during an event, but to not be able to finish it. Suck!
It was dejecting especially since I knew a PR was all but certain! Funny how the first thing that came to mind as I was falling (it felt like in slow motion) was: there goes my PR! LOL.
