I so badly want to add the letter "u" to the word "labor" in today's title.
I'm having taper madness nightmares. Last night I dreamt of bears. Friendly bears and my local running group. The prior night I dreamt the race was in England and I missed the flight.
No running today. Scheduled rest day. But I was tempted. I have a grand total of 3 runs and total 20 miles scheduled this week. Ack. Such low volume.

That's exactly where I want to be for the months of Oct and Nov. Of course, it's not much of a drop back from the 30 I've been averaging.

9 done this morning. I took a rest day yesterday, thereby not fulfilling my mileage for last week's miles game. It was worth it.
