Not too bad for me 111.5, best since January and cemented my return to full running fitness.

My lowest since January, but the first week of May was recovery from a 4/28 HM, and I purposely cut back my weekly mileage a little to incorporate speed work.

I anticipate my May total, then, to be ~2 miles of run/walk.

It will be about 152.5 once I finish my daily mileage after work (had to cut my run short this morning). Second best month ever - short of my best by about 4 miles, and my first week was spent recovering from my HM on 4/28.
