Onemile yeah, ever since my day off I've been feeling good. Legs felt a little tired before I started today, but cardio was the limiting factor in the workout, not the legs. Just normal leg fatigue. I might take a day off running on Friday to add to the taper

Nice!
LRB I'm wishing you no snowmobiling.

The child was pretty restless throughout the night so I decided against going to the gym, DH has a long drive today from Evansville to Nashville TN to pick up a fork truck and then drive the 5 hours back here this afternoon. I didn't want him to lose any sleep so I slept in.
Got a 10 mile race/LR tomorrow, should be fun. I ain't racing, I'm just going to get my LR in and be happy with that. The ache and stiffness in my legs, specifically my right quad, is nearly completely nonexistent. I can honestly say I haven't really felt it since last week, I'd like to think that getting back on my vitamins (Iron and Magnesium, Joint support and the stuff I got off Amazon for blood circulation) has helped a lot. Also getting back to eating steaks (red meat), but all this could be just a coincidence.

Glad you're feeling better. Most of the time it's pretty hard to know for sure if what we're doing is healing us or if it would have healed anyway.

Nice workout. And thanks for the mileage conversion

I personally think vitamins and random stuff sold on Amazon are not efficacious. BUT even placebo effect can be powerful. Glad you are feeling better
I do remember now! Should be an adventure!
I plan to ride a horse, EEK!
And thanks for the mileage conversion
That's for Baboon
Yep. If you believe it worked, it did. Even if it didn't.
+1 . Positive results is what counts.
lol
Would I need screws to run in snow with trail shoes?
lol Would I need screws to run in snow with trail shoes?
Screws might be placebo in that case, but whatever works, man!
I run a variation of this for half marathon training. It's a great workout for any distance though. Nice job. ✔
Hmm, I'll probably pass on them then. Thanks. 👍
