4 miles at T (6:50, 6:50, 6:51, 6:45) with 2 minutes Easy between. 6 miles+ total.
Ditto, except 2:30 recoveries in between and 9.2 miles total. My old ass takes a little longer to warm up.
It was my best tempo workout to date, I killed it.
