Good morning!

I rode 38 miles on tired legs. It was in the mid 50s down in the valley, and gloves/long sleeves were in order. It felt fresh and crispy on the bike.

I have 9 with 5 X 3 min @ 4% hill workouts at 10K tonight.

Somehow, I managed to place a scheduled rest day on national running day. 'Doh!

It's also the 74th anniversary of D-Day.

I don’t think kids learn History in school anymore. Sad.

Went out to a baseball game with the family last night. I ended up drinking a good beer. It was delicious.

The last time I asked someone that it was after they were arguing that Hawaii was located just south of San Diego. You know, right next to Alaska

6.4 miles easy last night. Was just going to do 4 but legs felt good. Of course, my 10K loop has a serious hill in the last mile and the legs did not feel good once I hit mile 5. Quads are sore today...more so than from my race on Sunday. Oops.
