I'm sleepy!  Half Marathon at 5am!  Who's idea was this?

    Damaris

      Good luck Damaris.

I have a little run planned at 10 which will be unusual. I'll be running in a crowd, which is something I never do, and I'll be running with B&B legends, which makes the crowd running idea bearable Smile

I'm starting to be a ball of nerves about tomorrow's race.

Done. Didn't let hubby slow down too much and I think he ran negative splits. My work here is done.

HOORAY!  Congrats on your 14 new medals too!  Smile

'Morning.  I need to take a URD today.  I spent a good part of last night with sweats, chills, body aches, and headache.  I thought for sure the flu was coming on, but this morning I am feeling better, though still feeling pretty wiped out.  If I escape this with only missing a bike ride, I'll consider than a win.  Google says the 24 hour flu is a thing.

Sunburn didn't turn out bad, actually it almost seems to have turned into a tan already.... thankfully.

I've got 14-16 miles to run at some point today, I'll probably wait until evening as I don't want to put myself out there in 75-80 degrees and sunny for the first time in weeks just for a long run. I know too well from past experience that my body is accustomed to the heat this early on.

                  Good morning!

I ran 3.2 lazy miles.  I cut it a little short, for it is brew day.  I like brew day a lot.

I hope everyone has a great day!

I would be a ball of nerves about the pre-race logistics. But once the gun goes off, it will be awesome.
