Awesome work! I'm jealous.
Do you even run?
Nicely done! There must have been something in the air because I broke my 5 Mile PR last night.
They'll tell you that failure is not an option. That's ridiculous. Failure is always an option. It is the easiest and most readily available option. It's your choice though.
Nice milestone. You are going to rock that 5K.
Tonight during my tempo run I broke one hour, well 59:20 during my 6 mile run and I feel pretty good about it....... just wanted to post

First, thanks ya'll. Second, MrNamtor!
I've notice a HUGE growth in my confidence since 2010 when I really started. After getting over zealous and overdoing it in 2010, I became shy and reluctant to push myself even during races, always holding back in fear of bonking during my 2011 races and then of course getting pregnant. Since giving birth and pushing myself last year and hitting milestones during 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 mile runs this winter I've broken pass that barrier of reluctance. I feel confident that this year's races, especially the 5ks and 10ks will be PRs because I won't feel scared about pushing myself pass my comfort zone. It is an awesome feeling, and I am extremely excited. I told myself last Fall that I would use winter to break into the sub 9 minute pace for 5k races and sub 10 minute pace for 10ks and I can actually say it is going to happen and it is so awesome!!!
