    In response to the comments from yesterday's dailies that I missed.

     

    While we’re at it, let’s throw some Kraft American singles on that bad boy.

     

    I will never allow some of you to make lasagna for me... you know who you are 

     

     

    I don't like ricotta either and Puerto Ricans do lasagnas with mostly mozzarella and parmesan instead.

     

    Damaris I would definitely try your lasagna, that also reminds me that I need to buy more parmesan... I am out.

     

     

     

    I also prefer cottage cheese to ricotta. Although I guess I’m more aligned with the Puerto Rican’s, bc I also prefer just mozz with parm.

     

    I do not like cottage cheese, no no no no no. DH does though.

     

     

    Okay, thanks to a late night with my son, looks like today will be a RD. I do have a massage appointment this morning and I'll probably do some core work at home.

            Ran from the glutes today! Felt them during all of my run. Maybe if I keep this up it will put some meat on my skinny ass 

             

            Did this exercice yesterday (just the top part). Held one minute for each leg.

            This morning I was thinking of my form and particularily of the heel lift, and all of a sudden felt the glutes. Once I felt it, it's like your brain can lock onto the right nerves to trigger to keep at it
