I just dug out the Magic Shoes for Sunday's race. I sure hope there's some fairy dust left in them...

6.6 miles. Well, more like 2+ hilly miles outside, 1 very LONG mile of run/walk/which way to closest bathroom (which wound up being at home) followed by 3+ on the treadmill. Then weights.

I ran 5 (2.5 with Bruno, which was a little warm for him). It started pouring as soon as I dropped him off at home. Then I took him to Nosework class and after that came home and ran my remaining 3 with Mr. Onemile.
Who punched those holes? They look crooked.
