    Good morning!

I ran 3.6 rainy miles.  I liked it.  Seriously, I did.

    Have  a great day folks!

    Runner with a riding problem.

I ran 10 kilometres. And if raggedy ass runs were an Olympic category, I would be sportin' a gold medal up in this bitch.

'Morning!  2400 yard masters swim before work, which was a whole lot of drills that left my shoulders burning.  Bike ride later.

Here is what my Garmin is showing for current elevation.  Apparently I am almost in outer space.  Factory reset didn't help, and that is something I hate to do.

          From the Internet.

My MP miles weren't as horrible as I thought they'd be. Required some concentration but the pace was there - cruising downhill in the 6th MP mile conserving effort and still hitting 8:00 pace easily was a nice boost. Slowed waaaay down during my cooldown for, ah, intestinal reasons though. Overall not a bad 15, and that's the last one I have to do until the next marathon cycle!

In more uplifting news, I'm wearing some slack today that a few months ago I couldn't button up. Big grin

You won't be thinking about any of that nonsense during or immediately after your race. lol

                Nice run. 👍

That usually makes me speed way up, to get to safety quicker (a.k.a. a sphincter tempo). Nice run though.

                    7 miles.

Are you planning to run a fall marathon? Or will Boston be your next?
