At a meeting. Leaning towards yes.

Went for a short walk (0.5 miles). Was not cursing in pain. This is good.
You give the best whoo - hoos, so if I may:
Whoo-hoo!!!
I can. I will. I am.
In honor (or dishonor ) of Limerick Day:
There once was a runner called Zel,
Her GI system was giving her hell.
Yet she wanted to race,
Twenty-six point two at a fast pace.
We know she can do it, and do it well!

When it's all said and done, no one remembers how far we have run. The only thing that matters is how we have loved.

I think that was exactly my reasoning when I signed up for my marathon. And yes, it hurt, and yes, it was worth it.
Baconista - great limerick.
Hopesmom - good to hear that your knee wasn't agony today. It's progress.
We ended up doing 3 miles in the woods on the xc ski trail. Lots of tiny spring flowers: violets, polygala, and bluets. The pollen was so bad from the trees my legs were coated in yellow. Jim and I were both sneezing and blowing constantly. It's a good thing the trail isn't longer.
WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
