You know how to tell when you're running in a downpour (besides the obvious)? It's when you stop trying to dodge puddles and instead run right through them. Today that began around the 1.25 mark. 💦💦

I have seen the cat, but she pretty much hides under the bed when we’re there. Partially because she’s shy around people, more because our dog is a pest. DD & DW were able to give her some pets & belly rubs when we kept the dog in the other room.

rode the (stationary) bike for 80 minutes this morning. Rode 45 yesterday with some wights. Missing the running but what can you do. Nice miles for those who are putting them up!
