I did not run today. I'm going with race recovery, or something else that makes me sound less lazy.
And the only cross training I'm doing is donut curls, and I don't get any points for that.

I pulled the trigger on a pair of Adios Boost 2.0. I have the Adios 2 (pre-boost) and have been looking at the boost version for a while but they are very expensive. Black Friday week, 40% off, they became almost affordable. Enough to go for it and finally see what the boost hype is all about.

All I had to do was become a member on the Adidas site (adidas.ca, that is) to benefit from the black friday deals all week long. Maybe the .com site is the same.
MTA: I checked, it seems they have the same deal.
MTA2: Not sure, turns out when I type adidas.com, it automatically redirects me to the adidas.ca site
I tried the Boost and after only 27 miles my knee wasn't happy. Hopefully you have better luck.

Was it the Adios you tried?
And only three pins. it's a sign.
No, the energy boost 2 ESM.
Expensive shoes also, with a lot of the boost material. The Adios have a much thinner layer. Maybe that will help me.
You'll be fine. They work for millions, just not me.
...to stay in bed.
(There are four pins.)
I have those!
From the Internet.
I just got 2 pairs of shoes in the mail and was still itching to try the Boston Boost, you may have saved my wallet!

Nice hat!
I ran the 6 outside. 72F or something, and wind. Very happy to have run outside, just not happy with my lungs today.
