6 miles, shock, they sucked.
sdWhiskers, I was a bit confused when I came back to the NFL game too.
Right? Where is Fall? i left this summer bullshit for a reason. Don’t need it extended here too.

It fell. 😂
Where is Fall?
Here it is! Three straight days starting my runs in the 40s.
My two friends who were going for 3:30 at Chicago—one held on for 3:33, pretty impressive under the conditions. The other finished at 3:50, probably more typical of the field today.
9 miles for me, 68 for the week. Highest mileage since May, before my last marathon, and fastest average pace since then too.

Of this list, squirrels are the worst. Deer are a close second imo.

Headed out for 8 but ran 11; still one of my lowest weeks in a while, for a number of reasons. I'm hoping to bounce back next week.

7.7 this morning. 46 for the week. Can't imagine running Chicago today. I would wilt for sure. Detroit looking ok for next weekend as it's supposed to cool off Friday/Saturday. Low Sat night/Sun morning 46. If that hits, might be about perfect.
Yesterday had to be one of the better college football days in a long time. Almost all the marquee games were tight affairs with exciting finishes.

My neighbor four houses over ran it today and his race looks similar. He ran a 3:15 and is normally a 3:00 guy.
Yay 🙌
