LRB -- I may try the 2 mile repeat idea -- that way I get at least some running at the 10K pace. My hope is that it will make the HMP seem easy; or at least easy-ish.

8 easy-ish on the roads. It was a gray, misty barrow-downs sort of day, but 30's are wonderful compared to 0's. 5K tomorrow on a challenging course: 1.55 of non-trivial elevation gain, and then an equal plummet back into the valley. Should be interesting, and I'm tempted to run to the race and back simply because I can.
