It looks like I am at 1299.5
Shouldn't have skipped those 3 miles last week.
From the Internet.
Still behind, but slightly less behind. 787.6.
1411.
More significantly: in an 11-week period, set PRs in 5k, 10k, 13.1 & 26.2. And in each case, completely destroyed my previous PR.
Good stuff.

Are we there, yet?
I'm at 685.4 so I have about 3-4 weeks worth of mileage to make up in the next 6 months.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
Minus today's run 746.

Through June 30:
Swim - 139.0 miles (last year I swam 60 miles all year)
Bike - 1607.6 miles (a PR and and still six months to add to it)
Run - 757.8 mile (on pace for 1500 for the year, which I'll take)
I've gotten a little faster on the run, but my swim and bike have gotten much, much stronger.

No doubt. My mental game has been weak since the February marathon. I have no problem can't imagine not going out the door every morning, but many times i decide 3.2 miles is enough.
Marathons have been known to send some people to other hobbies altogether, so that you are running at all is sort of a feat in and of itself. lol
