Helloooooo! I had a masters swim workout this morning. I felt like a damn sand bag (not to be confused with the previously mentioned 'sandbagging'), that is to say I did not swim fast, nor did I feel fast, and I kind of felt like I was just sinking, as a sand bag would if dropped into a swimming pool. Ok then.
Bike ride tonight.

There was a blob the size of Texas showing on the weather sattelite at the border of my city this morning, so I figured I'd drive to work and run on the belt there. Once I got there though, the rain still hadn't made it so I took a chance and got my 6 in outside. Boom.
As for the rain, the reason it's moving so slow is because it'll be around for the next couple of days. Wonderful.

Got up this morning at 3:46 instead of 3 AM, wanted a little extra sleep but then I felt rushed getting my run in after the gym........ stupid ass mornings.
And then I changed clothes and headed to the river front and ran 5 in the rain.
Maybe tomorrow the weather will be nice enough to clear up in the afternoon/evening so I can hold my run off until then and just take Dorian and Jetta.
