Follow my example! It is a great way to come up painfully short of your goals.
So far it is working out swimmingly.
Have at it.
Where do you find these things? You are like the czar of the internet. lol
What's a B+200, FFS?
The time it takes Jimmy Johns to deliver a sandwich?
Super B****
And yet I can't find myself a suitable hydration pack...

Does such a thing exist? I carry two 4 ounce mini-bottles when conditions might dictate I will need a sip during a long run, and/or money to stop by a store.
Evidently not!! The ones I've tried all seem to be designed for men, because they're supposed to lie flat across the chest. This is obviously not going to work for me. And apparently I am such a freak that even the ones designed for women don't fit properly.
I bought a cheapie one on Amazon a couple of years ago that worked well enough, but lately it won't stop leaking. Awesome, I finished all my water on my run! Except that I don't think it counts if 50% of it went down the back of my shirt...

Are you related to the Schleprock's by chance. lol
I had to Google that. But I often run like I'm schlepping rocks...

Oops! That just proves that I am a million years old. lol

I never carry water. Not even in 90+. I am a camel now.
Damaris
I would never run far enough to need water in 90+
Hmm, in 90+ degrees? I'd say 30 - 35 minutes tops if I absolutely had to. But it's not happening so scratch that. lol
I only carry water on my long runs now. I'm good for around 90 minutes in the heat without water.

I would die. lol
