Still OK with this for a marathon recovery month. First time <200 since my last marathon taper/recovery month.

211 for me. Some low weeks for race recovery.
From the Internet.
171, fucking finally. With a cutback week too.
Former Bad Ass
194.7. I took a week off in May due to being sick, so not bad.

I see you started using the RA logs, too. Good. Now we can lurk all we want.
I only post total daily miles. I don't bother with the other stuff.
Why not just have it auto import from Garmin Connect? That's less of a bother than manually adding the miles.

261. My lowest month in over a year.
Runner with a riding problem.
Are we there, yet?
127.3 - taper and recovery account for some of that, but the sudden heat has had me cutting a lot of runs short.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
167.2
I'm cool with it, and with no marathon on the schedule, it's about where I am going to be for the foreseeable future.
I use RunKeeper on my phone. Does that auto-import? I've never checked.
EDIT: Never mind. I checked and I can manually upload data from RunKeeper but I have to do some export and zip it before uploading it. It's easier to just type in a number.
