You'll beast that hay after your marathon. Don't worry. 7 miles with a fast finish last mile that started with an 8. That's the first time that's happened since March. I also saw a squirrel carrying a whole pop tart in its mouth. It was a good run.

Looked like strawberry, but I wouldn't swear to that in court.
Hopefully it will be sooner, but I'm afraid you might be right.
I always hope it's less but it just seems to take forever to feel normal. But it's pretty individual it seems. Maybe your recovery will be faster.
I am literally sitting in my car in the garage with my 1 year old, who is finally sleeping, FFS. I don't dare poke the bear by trying to move him or the next few hours will be awful. I hope the older boys aren't going all Lord of the Flies in the house right now.
Workinprogress, nice run. LOL about the squirrel. I imagine that is gonna be one hyper squirrel with all the sugar.
LRB, good choice avoiding the hay bale.
Overheard at the deli counter, "Let me get almost a pound of smoked ham."
Whose idea was it to run 2 marathons in a week???
Hip Redux
Nobody sane. Did you win?
Mmmmm...beer
Ended up with 21, and it was great run even with the 20mph headwind and driving rain, most importantly, no chafing and no blisters! Oh, saw Jim Cantore reporting from Falls Park over the Reedy River, I guess that's how you know the weather is pretty bad. LOL

The same guy who runs a marathon on his way to run a marathon. lol
Not a bad time either, did you win?
If Jim Cantore is in town, you are screwed.
Haha no.
I can guarantee you it wasn't mine!
How did that second one feel? Those last miles, I'm guessing even you had heavy legs.
