And the issue in my town is that we have an adorable little plow that goes around mostly clearing sidewalks on the main roads. Key word MOSTLY. Responsible human beings would go out after the plow and shovel the 3 inches of bumpy rutted slush that gets left behind before it freezes and becomes a hazard. Maybe 10% of the houses actually do this, the other 90% don't care if I have to choose between breaking my ankles or getting hit by a car. RUDE.
