18 miles
You lost me at math. lol
are you driving up or flying up for the race?
Haha I told myself exactly that. 12 down, 22 to go. I moved the long one to tomorrow so I can run with URP

Excellent.
7.6 miles with 3 at M pace or something.
Onemile, I wore the NB heat pullover. It was so much warmer than I expected. It seemed really lightweight when I got it. Now I'm trying to decide if I should buy another one now or wait to see if the price goes down for Black Friday.
Oh, and my ass has been officially booted off the map.
It was fun while it lasted.

I was as high as 5th for a good bit I think. So long ass. lol

Still #1 in our hearts though.
I ran my 8 and still feel like taper hell.
<3
I ran 8 at the trail.
The usually soft surface was frozen solid and with all of the frozen wheel ruts my ankles got a good workout...good as in bad. I am not sure it'll be worth the drive out there to run other than for a change in scenery. 🤔
That is an interesting workout and I bet made it go by faster
I agree. Might be harder to remember, but it keeps your mind working, si time flies by.

lol
The taper will be good for your mind, body and soul.
Flying: 1 hour
Driving: 8-12 hours (depending on LA madness)
Easy choice. The family is joining me and we head up Fri afternoon, leaving right after the race on Sunday. Almost all flying we do is cross country so it's super awesome to have such a short flight (and super cheap!) this time.
I was thinking I’ve been spending most of my time climbing up the ladder, but that’s really been only the last few months. I remembered what kind of mileage I piled up training for Boston. On the day of that race, I was sitting at #3. Behind only the Cyborg and that Skyrunner dude. IDK who that is, but he’s got a 2:33 marathon.
I'm fairly certain the Cyborg does it every other month or so. #justdoit
For a while I was running 50K (31 miles) every weekend. Haven't done that in a while (well, I did do it last weekend ) as I'm not focusing on LRs lately, just want to keep my overall mileage pretty high so that when I do start training again, I can jump right in without much of a reverse taper.
Nice. The prices on Joe's NB outlet seem to fluctuate quite a bit so it probably wouldn't hurt to wait and see
