Super B****
I am definitely a shuffler, based on most of my race pics.
It's okay, all the cool people are shufflers.

The second mile was the easiest (the first and last miles were hilliest). I'm not really disappointed this time.
Nice job, onemile! You not being disappointed indicates you must have run well. You tend to be hard on yourself.

That's pretty awesome for being tired. Nice work, sly. I hope to run that well in peak shape some day.
I shuffle and do just fine, tyvm. Shufflers unite!

If the start of this game is any indication, the Patriots are in trouble.
Barking Mad To Run
Nice run/walk today at Lackland Air Force Base. Did 4 miles. Started at 10 a.m. Weather was sunny, blue skies, and a sweet 48 degrees. Didn't even need a base layer, just ran in my short-sleeved shirt as there was a nice warm wind blowing too.

I hope it stays that way! Go Broncos!
More like I had lower expectations this time.
It's 17 feels like 10 at the moment, but bright and sunny. We got about 28 inches of snow. No running outside for a while.
My daughter lives in York and has been posting photos. BRRRR! So glad I live in San Antonio!
I ran 5k #4 in my winter series. 25 degrees with 10 mph wind. 20:38 which is one second faster than the last one. This was a harder course though. And a have a little cold (sore throat, runny nose) but I don't think that affected it. 3rd AG again.
Way to go!
Well, thank you!
Or not.

Also: hit 200 miles for the month.

Sweet! But, the team needs 250 next month.

Eric has banned so many IP addresses (and countries) I am not sure there is much to do left! I wonder if they started spamming more due to the additional traffic the game has brought here.
