That's probably a big part of it! lol I think you have to be a lil off just to do the kinds of things we runners do, and then to do any kind of serious mileage on a treadmill takes just a lil bit more crazy. But with some tunes and being able to zone out, it's not too bad. I certainly couldn't afford to take four weeks off from training, so I just have to suck it up.
