If I can manage, by the end of the month, to run 6 days a week and not feel so out of shape, I will be happy.
my July goal would be get back in shape. Not that I'm out of shape. I just had laid back a bit too much the past few months.
1. Start to get back above 150M
2. Develop a workable schedule to run.

I can. I will. I am.
Core work: sigh... start again that 100 push-ups challenge...
Is that the 100 consecutive pushups in 100 days challenge? I tried that once with friends. None of us made it. When I was at around 60 I injured some muscles in my back. I think the progression is just too fast for most people. Well, for me and my friends it was.
Yes, it's the same challenge. I had to do a few weeks twice. Like weeks 4 or 5. I did the challenge two or three times over the last few years. Each time I stopped at the end of the 5th week, able to do a max of about 80-85 consecutive reps. But as soon as my clients would start asking whether I weight lift, I'd give up the challenge. It hurts too much.
EDIT: No! It's not the same challenge. It's a 6 week challenge. Not over 100 days. 100 days is too freaking long!
