15.4 easy. It was a nice day, almost warm-ish even. However, the poo monster caught me at 11 miles, necessitating a field trip into the woods. Then, a hillbilly wanted to play chicken at 13.
race obsessed
did he have a banjo?

Not cool, man.
8 easy miles done. My legs were tired and I was feeling it the last two miles. No more hard runs like yesterday until my marathon.
<3
10 miles, 7:58 pace and I felt good once again. The sun having returned definitely helps with my mood.

The workout tonight is 200-400-600-800-600-400-200, which I've never tried before. The email didn't specify pace, either, so I'm confused. Just run the whole thing at I pace?
I am not sure what they have in mind there as every interval listed is traditionally too short for "I" pace, unless you limit the recoveries severely I suppose. It looks cool though so style points for that.
Nah, I think that's more of a WV thing. Up here, they just drive old pickup trucks with "don't tread on me" stickers, bonus points for diesel conversion and oversized tires.
Wickedly Average
On some of those old beater trucks I've seen, the tires should have "No tread on me" stickers on them to remind everyone of what will happen when it rains.

These boys are crackers, but they ain't stupid. Tread as deep as the grand canyon so that they can do 65 on winding hills in a blizzard.

3.51 slow and easy miles in 35:48. 10:13 pace. My ankle is sore. Feh. I'm sticking to the TM and pavement.
Former Bad Ass
Dinner with RobinCD was delicious. The food, not Robin, you know.
Damaris
I just ended up running 6 easy. Lost enough motivation hanging out all afternoon that even that was more of a chore than it should have been.
Basya- Hope the ankle feels better tomorrow!
