Please. Internet with a capital letter. So her head can go poof.

    POOF!

BTW, I do not use a capital letter for the word internet, because the internet is crass. It does not deserve a capital.

You two are certifiably insane.  Of course, is that not one of the requirements to live in Alaska?

I'll have to ask my older son ... he's lived up there for 16 years now.  By choice.

I would love to visit Alaska, even have a small cabin up there for vacations. DH hates the freezing cold though

                  Former Bad Ass

My breathing was below 50%, so I had a tough Pilates session, a run with hubby, and heavy weights.

On top of that, my albuterol pump is lost and they did not deliver it today!  I fucking need it.  Of all the weeks....

                    Damaris

Hi, everyone. I hope that y'all are well.

I hate to say it. I think that I have to pull a DNS for the MCM this Sunday. Recently, I was knocked down by a cyclist while out running. I came out OK. Just a bit bruised and battered. My back and left knee are still giving me trouble. I've seriously decreased my workouts.

The funny part? It happened in front of a police station. I shoved the b@$t@rd off me, which made him angry, so he chose to take his displeasure by taking a swing at me. My childhood training (ducking and running from my mom when I was in trouble) proved handy. I hit back harder. The po-po saw the whole thing. The guy was arrested for assault.

Lesson? Never mess with a Greek girl from Lynn. Just sayin'. We go cray if you get on our bad side.

Sunday, I finally did one set of really easy weights and three light sets of abs, plus an hour on the AMT. Yesterday, I did another three lights sets of abs and forty minutes on the TM at 3.5mph and a 10.0 incline. Tonight, after work. I did an easy set of weights and three miles at 6.0mph (10:00) on the TM. I had to stop because it started to hurt.

I'm keeping at it. I'm trying to keep at least a base, so that, next month, I can begin safely training for Jerusalem 2015.

Wow Basya, that really sucks. Crazy story. Heal up.

Way to go on kicking his butt Basya, and making sure the cop saw it.

Holy crap, Basya. Hope you heal up quickly.

Thanks, guys. I will heal. I have no doubt about that. I've just been feeling frustrated for the past three weeks. I did the B.A.A. Half after it happened. That sucked.

March can't come soon enough. I really want another 26.2.

FreeSoul87, it happening in front of a polic station was dumb luck. In retrospect, it's kind of funny.
