FriDAILIES: Right day, wrong day (Read 38 times)

Yeah, I was wondering about that too Dave.  For a full pint, it seems that 4-6 weeks is standard for total red blood cell replacement (which I *think* is the main component of interest for runners; anatomy/physiology is not my strong suit!).  So scaling that down to 1/3 of a pint would be like 9-14 days.  So hopefully I will only be missing a teeny tiny bit by race day!  And like I said I am trying to be proactive with my diet for a few days.  Had a huge juicy cheeseburger this evening.   I will definitely report back in any case whether or not I feel any difference during the race.

Well I guess my statement was based on no knowledge anyway, so you can just ignore me.

But any excuse to ESU is a good one.

Did the RD give you your 2 seconds back officially FFS?
