Morning. Kids at school, bed made, laundry started, and coffee at hand. Life is good right now.
Van - Wiping down all door knobs, etc., with sanitizer or spraying them with Lysol would also be a good move.

Usually, my husband sends me to the couch when I am sick. And the cats come with me. 4 cats in one sofa with me, too crowded.
Getting up early to try and get a couple miles in didn't work
That would not work in our house. Usually its my wife that gets sick and she gets the bed. Unless I am in the dog house I refuse the couch and take my chances in bed with her. So far 99.9% of the time I can stay healthy as long as I don't kiss her goodnight
