For most of us, the winter solstice (giving us the shortest day of the year) occurred yesterday. And in other completely useless and meaningless news; there are now only 180 days till the longest day of the year.
Um, yeah.
Good morning.
Thank you for starting today's thread, Rick.
i just finished weights and thirty minutes on the AMT. I'm fasting today from 5:39 a.m. until 5:03 p.m., so, except for work, I'll be taking it easy the rest of the day.
Have a great one, people.

Good morning!
Even just a minute of extra daylight is a good thing. I miss the sun.
I ran 15 in the rain. It was warm and enjoyable.
I hope everyone has a great day!

Jay checked in last night, hi!
Hello people,
There's still no snow so might as well take advantage of that: I'll go to the track to do some 400s today. 12 of them is what's in the plan.

Good morning and hello I say! I ran this morning at 5:30 iirc. 4 easy miles in the rain. I've got a one hour tempo to do after work as well, no lie.
OMG Jay!

Good morning. Trying to find motivation in the bottom of my coffee mug to get out and slay some Berthas. Hoping for 6 miles of hills.
Today is indeed one of my favourite days of the year.

Thanks so much everyone!!
It's really weird, I crashed hard in the race, but feel great now. I did 6.5 this morning, nice and slow, but felt really good. I guess instead of a hard 50k, it was more like a hard long run with a really long cool down. lol
Hope everyone has a great day!

And best pineapples.
I can't eat pineapple.
True story: Hawaii imports their pineapples. They make more money exporting the ones they grow, and importing the ones they eat. At least that's what our tour guide told us 15 years ago.
