Run to live; live to run
Almost to the beach. Dh is driving now. It is an 8 hour drive from Charleston to the outer banks. We left early. I drove the first leg.
Waves to everyone

One is in Sarasota and 1.5 hours from the second one (Ft. Myers Beach). The hotel for the second one has a spa so I assume they have a hot tub which I love before races. Since I'll be driving I can have everything in my car. I won't be able to do an ice bath right after #1 because I have to drive to #2 and do packet pickup. After that, rest, and eat, I guess. Thanks!
You'll do great! I had about 5 hours of driving (I think - can't remember) between mine, but stopped every 1.5 hours to move around. I didn't have compression socks at that time, but they would probably be beneficial, too.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

Chasing the sub 20 5K.
Hoka's are what astronauts run in. :-)
No rain, even a hint of sun by the end, 6.84 miles including 4xhill repeats (about 0.15 mi, 1:30-1:40 time) and 4x10-12 sec hill sprints. Total time: 1:09:50, 10:12 overall pace. I'm good with that.
