The wonderful sidewalks here have more holes than the streets and my heel got caught up in one and I twisted my foot.

Man that felt good.........I ended up outside since it stopped raining so I got 4 miles @10:38 pace. Faster than I've gone for quite a while. I've missed ths running stuff.

From a wine trail tour we took over Labor Day in Cedar, Michigan. The winemaker at this winery gave us an impromptu tour and tasting right out of the barrel.
