Good morning!
Thanks LRB. I thought I was going to have to start the thread, and the anxiety was getting to me.
I ran 15.4 frosty miles on a beautiful morning. It's already up to 60, otw to 70. All sunshine, all day. I can tolerate it.

'Morning! 45 mile bike ride at 18.1 mph with one of my little tri friends. I think I worked him a little.

The only highlight of this morning's run was seeing the space station. I picked it up just past the moon as it turned south and disappeared. That was the best few minutes of the run...other than that, it was 12 miles of pure drudgery.
But it's coffee time now and then off to my younger's son soccer game. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Longest long run in a while, 12 miles. First 8 super easy with club friends, last 4 MP-ish or maybe a bit faster, I don't know. Spent the first mile dialing in the effort - 8:32, 8:17, 8:08, 8:06. Felt good so I am pleased with this.
